Great location, with free on-site parking available. the room I booked was nicely laid out, had enough space, and featured bunk beds, a tub, and a lovely garden view. 🌿

Beds in our three bedroom were good, hotel is quiet, clean and pleasant if far from ocean. However we were disappointed to find that there was only one bed per room (since the 3 bedroom we rented shows two beds in third bedroom). While there was a couch bed available this was not our plan and we felt like we overpaid due to lack of beds as advertised. We looked into switching units but were told that NOT ALL UNITS HAVE WIFI (which was also advertised as available and free) so we stayed in the unit with the sofa bed. Overall was pleasant but unremarkable - having the living room being a bedroom for teenager limited our use of space.

Good solid place. Be sure to do research on local beaches as there are magnificent ones nearby. Hotel is close to groceries and convenience stores but remember food is very expensive in islands so we were glad we brought some staples like pasta - saved us a great deal.

Greatly enjoyed the place, had a VERY VERY GOOD stay on vacation.

The location here is amazing, as you feel like you're in a massive aquarium surrounded by so much sea life, and the staff are kind and outstanding.

The exercise room over looking the water was fabulous. The pool area very nice, but no shade at all. The area was very quiet and the Waikoloa area is beautiful.

There was no shade at all at the pool. They didn't allow you to move a chaise lounge under a palm for the brief shade it may have given. The pool was very small, not for swimming only for dunking or children playing.

The grounds are beautiful, well manicured. The location is great - close to amenities but still quiet. It's a condo, not a hotel, so don't expect all kinds of staff around, which is fine as long as you are aware of that going in. The view from the pool was spectacular (we even saw whales).

The pool hours were a little short (closed at 8 pm) and the pool rules were a little condo-like (don't do this, kids, don't do that).

Convenient Location🌟

This place is in a great spot, right next to the golf course path. Plus, it's super close to bike trails and Makaiwa Bay.

As for me, rooms were well-equipped, they offered a microwave, a fridge and a washing machine. It was in the central location to attractions around the island. Café Honolulu Coffee located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

The proximity to Seaside Putting Course made it really convenient, plus there were shopping centers and a market close by.

This place is situated right by the ocean, offering a marvelous and beautiful location 🌊. the staff here are friendly and accommodating, allowing for early check-in and late check-out for a seamless experience.

The location was great for our stay, within a 15-minute walk of a public beach. We got a spotlessly clean room with a garden or golf view upon arrival, and we liked that.

The bed in the room was super comfy 😄. It was a really nice stay.

Comfortable room with a cozy queen bed and a nice bathroom 🛏️. the peaceful location was just a short distance away from Kings' Shops, making it convenient and relaxing.
